Munira Hudani is a passionate physiotherapist who has a specialized area of practice in women’s health. Her foremost goal is to empower as many women as possible through education, knowledge and transference of skills so that each person can experience meaningful improvement in their lives. One of Munira’s top passions is to help women with prolapse understand the intricacies of the condition and to provide them with the tools they need to continue living their healthy lives.

Working exclusively with women as their health and wellness coach for the last 17 years has allowed Elisabeth to live her passion and dream of helping women live their best lives.  Using exercise as a tool to heal, strengthen and empower, she educates women on how to live vibrant lives feeling confident, strong and powerful.  She has made it her goal to educate not just her clients but other health professionals as well to help spread the word and reach more women, so they can receive the education and training they need and deserve.




As professionals working with women on a daily basis, it was only a matter of time before Elisabeth and Munira discovered a mutual passion for helping women with prolapse. The two ladies realized that far too many women were coping in silence with this condition. There was a common story amongst many of their clients: they were healthy individuals who stopped exercising once discovering they had a prolapse. Giving up exercise was devastating because it was a regular part of their lives; yet, they didn't want to make their prolapse worse. 

Joined in their desire to help women with prolapse continue living an active lifestyle, Elisabeth and Munira created the Made for Women workout Series. With Munira’s training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and Elisabeth’s expertise in women’s fitness, their collaboration resulted in a workout series that is more suitable for those living with prolapse and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Their on-going collaboration has allowed them to develop various forms of exercise programs that are catered to women looking for workouts that are gentle on the pelvic floor and pelvic organs. They will all be made available online as they become ready!
