The Best Position to Reduce Heaviness from Prolapse

 

What to do:

  • A few pillows under buttocks

  • Calves up on a stool

 

How long:

  • 10 to 15 minutes

 

How often:

  • As often as needed to provide relief

 

While resting here, you can:

  • Manually re-insert the prolapse               

  • Perform some pelvic tilts

  • Contract the pelvic floor aka Kegels
